Curiosity has shaped nearly every chapter of my career.

I've always been fascinated by the way people experience organizations.

Why do people experience the same organization so differently?

Why does one team thrive while another struggles?

Why does one leader create trust while another creates fear?

Why does culture feel unmistakable in some places...
and almost impossible to describe in others?

I've spent more than twenty-five years exploring those questions.

And each one has led me a little closer to understanding what truly shapes culture.

Along the way...

I've had the privilege of helping organizations redesign leadership systems, build talent strategies, strengthen organizational culture, and navigate significant change.

I've worked across healthcare, hospitality, retail, technology, financial services, telecommunications, and consulting.

Together...

they taught me to look beneath visible problems and become curious about the environments creating them.

Eventually...
I realized something.

Organizations don't change because someone launches another initiative.

They change because someone begins noticing the experiences people have every day...

and intentionally designs the environment creating those experiences.

That's why I founded Culture by Design.

Not simply to teach culture.
But to help leaders learn to see it differently.
