Why “Culture Architect”?
Because culture doesn’t stand still. It will evolve on its own, but not always in ways that support success. The difference between a thriving and a struggling culture is whether it's intentional or accidental. Architects don’t decorate buildings. They design structures that hold under pressure. Culture Architects do the same for organizations. Culture is no longer an abstract idea or a leadership afterthought. It’s a job title. Across the U.S., organizations are hiring for roles that explicitly include culture, and those roles are expected to deliver real outcomes: engagement, alignment, retention, trust, and performance. Yet most leaders and professionals stepping into these roles were never taught how to design culture, only how to talk about it. As demand for culture-focused roles accelerates, so does the gap between being passionate about culture and being qualified to lead it. When culture becomes a job title, organizations need professionals who can: ✔ See the whole system ✔ Anticipate consequences ✔ Build alignment between leadership intent and lived experience That’s what this certification develops. The roles exist. The demand is growing. The differentiator is credibility. Certification positions you as a culture leader, not just a culture advocate. Culture is shaping hiring decisions, consulting engagements, and leadership roles. Get certified to lead it and outperform those who can only talk about it. It’s a repeatable, trainable, and practical system that shows leaders exactly how to influence culture shift… even with small, consistent actions Use Browser Back Button <- to Return to Home Page
What You’ll Be Able to Do After Certification
✔ Diagnose culture beyond surveys and slogans ✔ Design culture intentionally aligned to strategy and values ✔ Influence leaders to author culture, not delegate it ✔ Translate values into systems, behaviors, and decisions ✔ Lead culture change that is measurable, durable, and credible This is not about culture theory. It’s about culture capability. This Certification Program Includes: ✔ Online learning modules ✔ Weekly group coaching ✔Templates, job aids, implementation playbooks ✔ Lifetime access to materials and updates ✔ Leader peer community Use Browser Back Button <- to Return to Home Page

Roseanne Lazarus de Romero Chief Culture Architect
A Note from the Founder For years, I’ve worked with leaders who were expected to “fix” culture without ever being taught how culture actually works. Culture was treated as soft. Until it wasn’t. Today, organizations are putting culture directly into job titles. That shift signals accountability and expectation. Yet most people stepping into these roles are learning by trial and error, often under pressure. I authored the book, Becoming a Culture Architect, and created the Certified Culture Architect program to professionalize this work. Not to add more language, but to build capability. Not to inspire, but to equip. Not to maintain culture, but to design it. If culture is becoming a formal responsibility in your career or organization, you deserve more than intuition. You deserve a framework. I invite you to join this growing community of professionals who are ready to lead culture with intention. — Roseanne Lazarus de Romero Founder, Culture by Design Creator, Certified Culture Architect Author, Becoming a Culture Architect Use Browser Back Button <- to Return to Home Page
